Company
What we do.
Unramp gives you a simple, regulated way to buy crypto-assets. You choose the crypto-asset, pay the quoted price, and we deliver it directly to your own wallet in seconds.
That single focus is intentional. We don’t run a trading platform, we don’t hold your crypto, and we don’t sell investment products. We do one thing and we do it under the discipline of European regulation, with the transparency that a regulated financial-service should bring to every transaction.
- Not a trading platform
- We don’t hold your crypto
- No investment products
Our product
One regulated service, done well.
Unramp provides one regulated service: the exchange of funds for crypto-assets. In practice, this means that you buy crypto directly from Unramp at the price shown to you, without using an exchange, order book, or trading account. Once your payment is completed, we use our own liquidity to deliver the crypto-asset you selected to the wallet address you provide.
Unramp is built on a non-custodial model which means that we do not store your crypto-assets or manage a wallet on your behalf. You choose the crypto-asset, connect your own wallet address to our platform, and once your payment is completed, we deliver the crypto-asset directly to you.
Our service is built for retail clients buying crypto-assets for their own personal use. We do not currently onboard companies, professional intermediaries, or anyone acting on behalf of someone else.
What you can buy
Assets, networks, and the way you pay.
Our supported asset universe is built around three things: the major networks people actually use, the tokens with real liquidity and a clear regulatory profile, and a payment experience that fits the way people already pay.
Crypto-assets
125+ crypto-assets
We support 125+ crypto-assets across the major asset categories — stablecoins (such as EURC, USDC), native blockchain assets (BTC, ETH, SOL, AVAX, MATIC, TON, TRX), commodity-referenced tokens, DeFi protocol tokens, liquid staking tokens, and a range of major tokens with real liquidity and clear regulatory profiles.
Supported networks and asset categories are on our Supported assets page. The complete current list — and the network each asset is available on — is shown in real time at buy.unramp.com. The list is reviewed regularly by us on the recommendation of our trading and compliance functions.
Networks
11 networks
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, TON, Tron, Avalanche, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Abstract.
Each asset is available on the networks that its issuer or maintainer supports — see the Supported assets page and the live list at buy.unramp.com.
Payment methods
3 payment methods
Debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.*
Card payments settle within minutes; bank transfers settle as fast as your bank moves the funds, usually the same business day. *Bank transfer is temporarily unavailable.
Currencies
Pay in EUR or your card's currency
Transactions settle in euro (EUR). Cards in other currencies are welcome — your bank applies its own conversion rate to EUR.
Additional fiat currencies may be introduced over time, depending on client demand, payment rail availability, and the regulatory requirements applicable in the relevant markets.
Transaction limits
EUR 5–10,000
Our standard limits range from EUR 5 minimum to EUR 10,000 per transaction.
How it works
Six steps, under five minutes.
Here’s what happens, from the moment you open our platform to the moment your crypto-asset arrives in your wallet. The journey is six steps. Most clients complete it in under five minutes.
- 01
Choose what you want to buy
You open Unramp and see live market rates. Pick the crypto-asset, the network you want it delivered on, and either how much you want to spend or how much you want to receive.
We show you a running estimate that updates as you change your inputs. You then accept our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the standard risk warnings for crypto-asset transactions.
- 02
Verify your identity
European and Bulgarian law requires us to know who our clients are.
You upload a photo of a government-issued ID and confirm you are a real person with a quick selfie. We also run the standard background checks required of any regulated financial-service. Most verifications complete in minutes.
- 03
Provide your wallet address and accept our terms
Tell us the address of the wallet where you want your crypto-asset delivered. By providing the address you confirm it is a wallet you control.
We screen the address against blockchain analytics to make sure it isn’t linked to anything illicit.
- 04
Review the final price
You see a clear, final summary: the crypto-asset and amount, the exchange rate, the total cost broken down into our commission and any network fee, and where the crypto will be delivered.
The price you see is locked for a short window — typically ten seconds — so you can confirm without surprises. If the window expires, we refresh the price and ask you to reconfirm.
- 05
Pay
You’re sent to your bank’s website or to the card payment screen, where you authorise the payment using your usual method — the same secure authentication you’d use for any online purchase.
Once your bank or card confirms the payment, we proceed.
- 06
Receive your crypto-asset
We send the crypto-asset directly to the wallet address you provided.
You get a confirmation email and the transaction hash, so you can see it on the blockchain yourself. Once it’s on-chain, the transaction is complete.
What’s next
The exchange is the foundation.
This is what Unramp does today. We are a young company and there is a great deal we want to build. The exchange service is the foundation — the simplest, most-needed step into the use of crypto-assets — but the friction we set out to remove appears in many places, and we want to take it on in more of them over time.
We are continuously working to improve the existing service: faster verification, broader payment-method coverage, more crypto-assets, more networks, and a smoother experience at every step. Beyond that, we are developing additional services that will sit alongside the exchange — services that extend the same principles of access, transparency and regulation into adjacent parts of the way people use crypto.
Stay tuned.
We announce new products and improvements once they are ready to launch — not before. To hear from us when something new is available, follow our press page for updates.
