This page serves two purposes. It explains how and when we communicate with clients about regulatory matters — so you know what to expect from us and how to find anything we have issued. And it serves as the public record of regulatory communications we have made, so that you, our partners, and the supervisory authorities that supervise us can see them in one place.

What we publish, and when.
What we publish here
Any communication issued by an Unramp group entity that materially affects the regulatory basis of the service provided to clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The grant, variation, suspension or withdrawal of any authorisation or registration held by an Unramp entity;
- Material changes to the regulatory regime under which an Unramp entity operates;
- Changes to our terms, pricing methodology or other client-facing legal documents made for regulatory reasons;
- Notices about migration between regulatory regimes — for example the transition from a Bulgarian VASP registration to a MiCA CASP authorisation;
- Formal regulatory enforcement actions against an Unramp entity;
- The publication of, or material amendments to, the policies and notices in our Compliance Center, where the change is driven by regulatory developments.
Routine operational notices — incident communications, scheduled maintenance, and discretionary changes — are not published here. Those are handled through our normal communication channels.
Changes to legal documents
Published with the notice period required by law (typically not less than 30 days for a change adverse to clients) and never less than the period in our Terms.
Regulatory enforcement actions
Disclosed promptly after they become public, subject to any legal restrictions on the timing or content of disclosure.
If you are a client, regulatory communications that affect you will be sent to the email address you provided. We treat it as the official channel for legal and regulatory notices.
