Regulatory information.

This page sets out the authorisations and registrations held by each Unramp legal entity in each jurisdiction in which it operates, together with applications currently under review by the relevant competent authority.

Each entry identifies the issuing authority, the registration or authorisation number, and the public register on which the entry can be independently verified. Public registers maintained by the issuing authorities are the authoritative source of information regarding the regulatory status of any Unramp entity.

Effect on services
On grant, this authorisation will replace the VASP registration above as the regulatory basis for Unramp’s services, bringing those services within the harmonised European Union MiCA framework with the full set of conduct, governance and prudential obligations applicable from the date of authorisation
